The potential client is not responding, can you help?
Unfortunately, we can't influence potential clients to be more responsive. For a lot of leads, it's more lead nurturing than closing. Here is what we see working best:
- Sending emails tailored to client needs/project, not generic "copy and paste."
- Multiple follow-ups, email, and phone, if available.
- Keeping in touch with potential clients, even if they decided to go with someone else, a different way, stop responding, etc.
